Mr. Schwartz served in the United States Air Force for over 34 years, retiring in 2016.  During his Air Force career he had extensive experience as a pilot, instructor and senior leader.  His history, connection and passion for St. Paul’s and our Lutheran community is unparalleled.  He is a 1970 graduate of St. Paul’s, a 1974 graduate of Concordia Lutheran High School and an active member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church.  Mr. Schwartz has served as Chairman of the Voter’s Assembly, St. Paul’s School Board Member (Chairman), school renovation committee member/leader, as well as spear-headed various church and community fundraising and service efforts (including St. Paul’s current East Central Neighborhood project, now in it’s third year).  He received a Master of Business Administration from Gonzaga University, a Bachelor of Science from Purdue University
