5th graders Starbase IndianasEach school year, students have numerous opportunities to participate in educational trips outside of the class room.  Due to out central location in downtown Fort Wayne, St. Paul's students can often walk to nearby venues, including the Foellinger-Freimann Botanical Conservatory, The History Center, Parkview Field, Allen County Public Library (downtown branch) and Fort Wayne Museum of Art.

This year, the 5th grade class had the awesome opportunity to spend a week at StarBase Indiana learning science, engineering, technology and math skills "hands on".  Check out more at our StarBase page or go to StarBase Indiana's website.

Students have also enjoyed Science Central, Fort Wayne Philharmonic, Safety Village, the Embassy Theatre and the McMillen Center for Health Education. The upper graders enjoy Outdoor Education at Camp Lutherhaven. This past year our 7th and 8th graders enjoyed a trip to Washington D.C.! 8th graders in D.C. 2012
