The Parent Teacher League (PTL) is a great way for parents to get involved at St. Paul's and provide students with extra social, academic and fine arts opportunities!
Here are some of the things PTL does:
Fundraising:
- The PTL participates in various fundraiser throughout the year. The Annual School Auction is the largest school fundraiser and PTL sponsors the event.
Social Events:
PTL sponsors various social events throughout the school year. These include skating parties, movie nights, the Back-To-School party, breakfast with the principal, spaghetti dinners, School Carnival and the End-of-the-Year Social.
Extra-Curricular Educational/Fine-Arts Opportunities:
PTL also sponsors various educational opportunities for the students. These include: Fort Wayne Philharmonic visit, One School-One Book (fall), 2nd Grade Strings program, visiting professional drama groups (such as Windy City Players), Permabound educational library books, annual fall plant show and various guest speakers/ performers.
Other Activities:
PTL also provides teacher/staff birthday gifts, teacher's lunch, Student Assist scholarships and sponsors other various activities that vary year to year.
Officers:
PTL officers are elected by the St. Paul's parents each May. The officers for the 2014-15 school year are:
Julie Kryder, President;
Dawn Mault, Vice President;
Jenny Hayworth, Secretary;
Jamie Landmeier, Treasurer;
The other members of PTL include: Cathy Waggoner, Amanda Clardy and Tracey Gross.

Meetings:
PTL meetings are held in the Art/Science Room on the 2nd floor from 6:30 - 7:00 p.m.
